Duration prior to care: Long periods of shortness of breath. Limitations caused: I could not do anything as shortness of breath caused me to remain still and I worried where my next breath would come from. Changes noted in chief symptoms: Able to breathe better. Other changes noted: Sleeping much better as sleep escapes you when you cannot breathe. Comments: I able to participate in more activities.
